I have to admit, This is one of my favorite weddings ever. I’m not sure if it’s the ancestral charm of the Markee Castle in Sligo, the style and grace of Grainne, the dapper details of Mr Rob and the the rest of the bridal party, but the most loving connection of the entire wedding party. They reminded me of what is most important in a wedding, bringing those closest to you together in a beautiful place to celebrate everyone, not just the married couple.
This was also the first wedding where we weren’t able to go outside at all, with Storm Brian howling through the air, along with trees and probably live animals amid. So outdoor photos were simply a no no, but we didn’t mind, we had the most beautiful golden room and staircases to do the bridal photos.
I really do love this couple, not just because they seem so utterly devoted to each other, and not only because they are childhood sweethearts and I got to hear all about it in the speeches. They are amazing parents as well to their two little girls. I got to go with the little ones as they acted as the messenger on the morning of the wedding delivering presents to one another at other ends of the corridors. Grainne wore a two piece designed by Paloma Blance from The White Room, and it truly is something of royalty. Speaking of which.. Still waiting on Prince Harry & Megan Markle to enquire, I’m sure they will enquire very soon!

Firstly myself and Robbie are unphotogenic people I know that sounds harsh but it’s the truth, so choosing someone who was sensitive to the fact was very important to both of us.
